The challenge that will break down the barriers of remote work.
Remote Team Challenge was created to encourage teams that are not physically together and may be tired of sitting hours in front of a computer.
Participants are divided into groups, and everyone has access to a mobile app. The goal is to solve a series of challenges submitted by photo and video to earn points and contribute to an overall team score. In the end, a video, created from the content submitted in the app, shows the best moments of the team.
The aim of this experience is to enhance team spirit, develop cooperation, organizational, communication, planning and problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and also creativity.
