In this experience a real problem is created, and the solution will be in the hands of each participant. In the first stage, they are divided into small groups and a purposefully ambiguous and unclear briefing is given. Then the “maze” begins, in an online platform, in which each participant is confronted with various problems and alternatives of speech, feedback and questions, while they will have to make their decisions and define the best course of action to reach the final goal.
Leadership Maze’s goal is to enhance proximity, communication and team spirit, even remotely. It develops leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving skills, while strengthening trust and emotional intelligence.
