The second meet-up of Rock in Rio Innovation Week, which took place yesterday, February 18th, at Casa do Desenho, promoted an experiential learning process led by Carlos Moreira, founder of Immersis.
An escape room was set up, where all participants (about 100) had access to the same tracks to solve different challenges and puzzles, and each “discovery” counted towards the ultimate goal of the game, to get out of the room.
The idea of the challenge was to show that what happens in the game also happens in companies. We live with sudden changes of context and, even though not everyone is involved in the process and some want to give up, it is necessary to collaborate, to reach the final objective.
The experience allowed to work skills such as communication, motivation or resilience.
This second meet-up took place within the scope of Rock in Rio Innovation Week, which returns to the LACS creative space at 23 and 26 June, for its third edition. It will count on the participation of several speakers, who will be divided between talks, workshops, networking sessions, musical shows and artistic immersions.
