Hybrid Experiences

The Buried Chest

An experience that turns hybrid teams into effective treasure hunters.

Overview

The Buried Chest is a true hunt for a long-sought-after pirate treasure that is now accessible to teams that have the ability to function in perfect articulation. A part of the team will be on the ground, ready to face all the security mechanisms that protect this treasure, while being guided by colleagues who are remotely trying to unveil the place marked with a cross on the map.
Arriving at the treasure site, you will discover a huge chest that still holds many puzzles and riddles until it can be opened.

What is it for?

All trends point to a new organizational design, the result of the pandemic context in which we live and where remote work definitely becomes part of our lives. This new work format can cause some imbalance in the teams, requiring training of new skills, especially in those organizations that have never had to organize themselves in this way in the past.

In&Out

An experience with split teams, where strategy will transform effort into results!

Overview

In & Out is a fun hybrid teambuilding activity guided through a mobile application, with the objective of reaching an ambitious collective level of points in the time limit, with challenges specifically designed for teams that are not physically together.
The team is divided into groups. Everyone has access to the application, where they can see and submit unusual challenges that they will perform in the urban space around them and their team's virtual space.

What is it for?

Employees and teams are increasingly having to adapt to a different reality that will become a trend, marked by physical distance and the need for articulation between those who are in front of a computer, at home or in the office, and those who are physically close to other colleagues. Companies need to continue to develop their culture and ensure that their employees master the applications and tools that support hybrid work.

Cut the Wire

All problems have a solution, but only if solved within the time limit!

Overview

Cut the Wire is an immersive hybrid experience that will transform teams into bomb squad experts.

These brigades will have at their disposal a real physical bomb and a manual with instructions, necessary to avoid the explosion of the device. The elements of the group receive different materials. Some are physically close to the bomb, others are participating remotely and receive “only” the instructions, which can only be opened on the day and time the event starts.

What is it for?

Problem solving follows its own methodology that must be mastered by teams that face collective challenges daily. This methodology will be in evidence in this experience in the face of unusual challenges.

The quality and effectiveness of communication are the main ingredients to successfully solve the challenges posed by these bombs and within the time limit.

Project Kiss

Will the team manage not to unfocus from the final objective by being overwhelmed with different roles and information?

What is it?

Project KISS is an immersive experience that will test the team's capacity for interdependence in the face of a challenge different from those they're up to daily. From the moment they open an envelope, they'll have to be able to solve a set of puzzles individually, and as a team, without ever losing sight of the whole.
An experience that highlights the ability to communicate and collaborate as everyone has to contribute to the final solution: recovering a stolen vaccine.

What is it for?

The game format makes participants and observers aware of which competencies are more robust or fragile, individually and collectively.
The design of the activity forces the sharing of tasks, communication and sharing of learning in a group.

Bike Supply

Let's prove that we can make our value chain work really well?

What is it?

Bike Supply is a hybrid experience that intends to act on the theme of collaboration. Divided into groups, some in person and others participating remotely, the team will have the mission of assembling bicycles, without an instruction manual, and to subsequently ensure the smooth functioning of a supply chain with real and perishable products, managing everything that happens there.

What is it for?

The success or failure of organizations is often determined by their ability to optimally articulate the results obtained by different teams. With the teams divided remotely and in person, this coordination is even more critical.
It is important to confront these teams with scenarios where they can understand and rehearse the premises of collaboration, in this new context to which they now have to adapt.

DURATION: 1h30 to 2h00

PARTICIPANTES: Up to 100 people

DURATION: 1h to 2h

The Kidnap

In the face of external pressure, does the team get more united or disintegrates?

Overview

The kidnap is a hybrid experience in which, from a distance and in person, a team of specialists tries to unravel an intricate mystery: saving the “victim” and, consequently, the organization.

The plot, built from the organization's history, transforms participants into squads who can be at the abduction site or remotely. Everyone will cooperate to overcome challenges that will save the place, stop the abduction and rescue their leader safe and sound.

What is it for?

The game format leads participants to become aware of the effective consequences of the behaviors adopted, individually and collectively.
The themes of interpersonal communication are strengthened by training and by increasing mutual knowledge. Improves problem-solving skills and strengthens the role of each member of the team in generating solutions.
