Find my buddy

Discovery, integration and celebration.

Overview

This activity assumes that people who are part of this dynamic do not yet know each other. It works as a “speed date” in which, based on information previously provided by e-mail on the b side of the buddies, participants ask yes or no questions while jumping from room to room. While the rotations take place, the new talents of the organization are making contact with several employees who will be an important network of future connections.

What is it for?

It works as an icebreaker for welcoming moments as a presentation of a mentor or buddy, or just a dynamic “secret Santa” style. It fosters initial one-to-one knowledge but also facilitates the construction of a network by accelerating integration and any doubts that may exist.
